How do marks work?
Tap the paw when your dog pees on a walk. The mark lands in the hex you're standing in and counts toward owning it. To keep the game honest there are limits: marks need a decent GPS fix, the same hex can't be re-marked within a short cooldown, and there's a daily cap per dog.
Why didn't I get crowned?
Crowns land when the week ends — Sunday at 23:59 (London time). Whoever leads a hex at that moment is its owner for the following week. Leading mid-week counts for the live map, but only Sunday night makes it official.
How do I switch which dog is playing?
Tap your dog's photo in the top-right corner of the map and pick from the pack, or tap a dog's card on the Profile tab. Marks always belong to the active dog.
I didn't get my verification email
Check spam first, then use Resend code on the verification screen — codes expire after 15 minutes. Still nothing? Email us and we'll sort it.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → scroll to the bottom → Delete account. It's immediate and permanent: dogs, marks, crowns, photos — all gone. You can also ask us for a copy of your data first at hello@sniffed.app.
